Jr. Contracts Administrator
The Jr. Contract Administrator supports contract management processes by assisting with the review of agreements, coordinating meetings, and maintaining accurate and organized contract documentation. The role contributes to contract preparation and internal feedback, ensures records are properly maintained, and supports compliance with contractual obligations. Additional responsibilities include facilitating administrative tasks such as supplier registration, tracking insurance documentation, and supporting other contract-related activities to ensure efficient and compliant contract operations.
Responsibilities:
- Review/prepare and provide feedback for customer pricing agreements/master purchase agreements
- Review/prepare and provide feedback for SOW, SLA Contracts, SAAS Agreements
- Coordinate meetings to discuss escalation points with senior level staff
- Provide detailed discussion notes for review meetings
- Organize and facilitate rebate negotiation and tracking
- Prepare NDA's for sales purposes
- Prepare NDA's for price lists
- Review Terms and Conditions for PO's and RFP's
- Maintain physical and digital record copies, ie: hard copy file, EPCN's, agreements summaries
- Provide EOL/EOS notifications, as outlined in customer agreements
- Organize Certificates of Insurance
- Complete Supplier Registration Forms
Requirements:
- Post Secondary Degree/ Diploma in related field (business or administration)
- Excellent computer and keyboarding skills: knowledge of Microsoft office (including Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
