Technical Recruiter Evertz India
We are seeking a self-motivated and results-driven Technical Recruiter to join our team and support the growth of our India Operations. Based in Bangalore, this role offers an exciting opportunity to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working both independently and as part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of global hiring practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Maintaining job board postings, screening applicants and hiring potential candidates
- Advertising & Branding of our vacancies in internal and external job boards
- Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms and parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements, performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and scheduling further technical interviews
- Participating in Career fairs and Campus recruitment
- Developing & Strengthening relationships with local colleges and good universities for recruitment of Interns and new graduates
- Assisting in full-cycle Internship recruitment – post positions, interview, schedule interviews for hiring managers and extend offer
- Conducting job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements
- Updating applicant database, recruitment trackers and generate reports
- Delivering New Hire Orientation as required
- Assisting in company events and Other duties as required
- Provide administrative support to members of the HR department as needed
Qualifications:
- College graduation in Human Resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience presenting in-front of a large audience
- Time management and organizational skills are essential
- Strong computer skills necessary, experienced in Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
- 3-4 years’ experience with hiring for IT roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Positive attitude, team player and able to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to travel locally
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Office Timings: 1pm to 9pm IST
Work schedule: 5 days a week in the office
Location: Manyata Tech Park, Bangalore, India.
