  • Sales Assistance: provide office support to Sales Managers
  • Prepare quotes/demo agreements as required by Sales Managers
  • Follow up in a timely manner on outstanding demo/loan equipment
  • Process literature/promotional item requests
  • Prepare invitation letters for customer visits
  • Other duties as assigned 



  • Post Secondary Degree/ Diploma in related field (business or administration)
  • Excellent computer and keyboarding skills: knowledge of Microsoft office (including Excel, Word and Outlook)
  • Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Ability to handle pressure and tight deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
