  • General administrative duties, filing, faxing, and photocopying
  • Evaluation of customer needs and solutions
  • Process RMA’s for hardware returns
  • Correspond with customers regarding returns and payment
  • Process Customer Service loans
  • Other related duties as required


  • College Education in related field (Business, Administration) or related experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem-solving ability, time management skills and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
