Artificial intelligence (AI) technology may be used in our recruitment process to assist with resume screening and interview note-taking. All hiring decisions are made by our team without AI involvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional, configuration, scalability, and security testing
- Lead system level regression testing, and analyze pre and post upgrade results
- Identify risks, gaps, and areas for improvement across the system
- Provide Tier-2 support for product-related issues
- Gather required information from customer support/reporters
- Create, manage, and track Jira tickets through resolution
- Identify root causes and escalate complex issues to the product team
- Support customer systems remotely, including upgrade and rollback procedures
- Maintain and enhance custom scripts and in-house automation tools
- Contribute to ongoing test automation initiatives
- Create clear, detailed technical documentation for system upgrades, fixes, and deployments
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 1+ year experience as a System Engineer or similar role
- 1+ year experience in Linux/Unix environments (Debian or Ubuntu)
- Working knowledge of virtualization (VMware or equivalent)
Skills That Give You an Edge
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
- Knowledge of databases (MySQL / NoSQL)
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals
- 1+ year experience in Python or Bash scripting
