Customer Service Administrator

Evertz Microsystems Ltd. is a growing high-technology company and a worldwide leader in the design and manufacture of professional equipment for the television broadcast, film & HDTV production & post-production, cable and telco industries.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, direct and relay incoming service related phone calls and appropriate service representative
  • Maintain customer relations
  • Enter call data into tracking system
  • Maintain and update employee tracker
  • Assist in the scheduling and planning of  trips and meetings
  • Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies
  • Preparation of training materials
  • Other duties as required

 

Qualifications:

  • College diploma in Administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, problem solving ability and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills
  • Positive attitude and able to work in a fast paced environment
